Job Profile- AM- Accounts & Finance

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Management Information System (MIS):

  2. Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate MIS reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  3. Provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
  4. Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency.

  5. Coordinate with other departments to gather and validate financial and operational data.

  6. Accounts Receivable (AR):

  7. Monitor customer accounts for timely collections and aging analysis.

  8. Reconcile AR ledger and resolve discrepancies with clients.
  9. Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets and ensure cash flow optimization.

  10. Manage billing, invoicing, and customer communication related to receivables.

  11. Taxation:

  12. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable indirect/direct tax regulations.

  13. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual returns as per statutory requirements.
  14. Assist in tax audits and assessments.

  15. Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities as needed.

  16. Balance Sheet Drafting:

  17. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

  18. Draft standalone and consolidated balance sheets as per accounting standards.
  19. Support in preparation for statutory and internal audits.
  20. Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Location: Gurgaon

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter
  • Experience:4-6 Yrs

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Tally, or other ERP systems.

  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred Qualifications:.

  • Prior experience handling audits and working with external consultants.
