How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Lead and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement and governance across departments.
  • Oversee the transition of activities from Market Delivery teams to GSD, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, quality, and cost.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering expertise in large-scale project management.
  • Proactively manage risks and identify solutions to address gaps and dynamic needs.
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and tools to enhance operational performance and project delivery.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Must-Have:
  • Graduate or Masters with 12-15 years of experience in large-scale telecom operations in a leadership role
  • Experience in telecom technology.
  • Experience in operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Driving execution with the team.
  • Leadership and program management with effective communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in telecom.
  • Nice-To-Have:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
