As an IT Help Desk / Support Engineer, your role will involve providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as maintaining the IT infrastructure for daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices. - Respond to and resolve IT support tickets related to hardware, software, email, and application issues. - Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools. - Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions. - Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity. - Escalate complex issues to senior IT team or vendors when required. - Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field years of experience in IT support/help desk. Freshers with strong technical skills can also apply. - Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking basics. - Familiarity with firewall, antivirus, and data security practices is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
