A Bangalore based company with Branches in Delhi, Mumbai & Kochi is looking for a suitable candidate with the following criteria, for the position of Senior Accountant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Good communication skill in English, Hindi and Kannada language is mandatory.
  • Qualification: Candidate with CA Inter/M Com/ MBA in Finance with post qualification experience of 10-12 years, with at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in an MNC.
  • Minimum age limit is over 40 + years.
  • Experience in handling the complete accounting, Financial, commercial and Tax matters, including Finalization of Accounts and auditing, handling all taxation matters independently
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of timely and accurate monthly MIS reports & financial reports. Play a full part in providing relevant and timely financial information to the top management.
  • Preparation and Analysis of Revenue and Cost Budgets, forecasts and business plans.
  • Monitoring and planning of cash flows and forecast and manage cash requirements.
  • Experience of all export and import matters, Knowledge of import and export L/cs Opening and negotiation of L/cs, BG, & SBLC etc.
  • Analytical review of periodic financial statements, financial modeling, financial analysis, experience of handling internal audit, Statutory Audit and Tax audit of companies etc.
  • Handling Excise, sales tax, service Tax/ VAT/ GST/, IT, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, submission of returns etc. including all statutory compliance.
  • Manage relationship with auditors, bankers, Tax Authorities, and other parties etc.
