About the Role

We're hiring an experienced IT Manager for our end-to-end IT infrastructure for a 200+ user organization. You will ensure seamless operations across hardware, software, and networks; strengthen security and compliance; and manage external vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable IT services.

What You'll Do

  • Infrastructure management: Maintain and upgrade servers, networks, storage, and end‑user systems.
  • Systems administration: Oversee installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Security & continuity: Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, data backup policies, and disaster recovery/BCP.
  • Vendor management: Evaluate, onboard, and manage performance of IT and hardware vendors; negotiate SLAs and renewals.
  • Monitoring & reliability: Track system performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • User support: Lead helpdesk/IT support and ensure high-quality, timely resolution for end users.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and support for mid‑to‑large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls), server administration (Windows/Linux, AD/O365), endpoint management (MDM), and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proven experience with vendor coordination, asset/license management, and SLA governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves (optional)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V), and SIEM/EDR tools.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing SSO/IdP, email security, and MFA across the org.
