About Us:

Shree Realty has been a trusted name in the Chennai real estate industry since 1982 and has been providing mortgage solutions since 2008. We collaborate with leading developers and banks to deliver seamless home loan and funding solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients by sourcing leads from builders and industries;
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with banks, builders, and clients to facilitate loan processing;
  • Manage loan applications, documentation, and regular follow-up;
  • Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with loan requirements;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Common Sense: Logical thinking and ability to analyse situations;
  • MS Office: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Communication: Decent skills in English and Tamil.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage but not mandatory;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
