Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone

  • Collect documents and information from customers

  • Provide loan-related support and guidance

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in customer care or relationship management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in loan processing or customer care is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
