The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope, using various project management tools and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and managing end -to -end project execution.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.Monitor project performance and escalate issues or risks when necessary.Support in change management processes, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.Collaborate with cross -functional teams working under Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.Identify and proactively resolve project bottlenecks and issues.Ensure effective communication and follow -ups with all involved parties.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Experience in escalation and change management.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast -paced environment.Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
