Lead must be the supply chain face for holding network together for the category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and R&D teams continuously. In depth understanding is very critical for all the landing of projects along with stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities -Drive the innovation and renovation networks as per the the Innoflex process of Unilever. - Well versed with Project Management process and softwares like MS Projects etc. - Hold individuals of network team accountable for their responsibilities & timely execution. - Efficient Stakeholder management for smooth network/project execution. - Understand the supplychain end to end for better understanding of constraints in network. Key KPIs: . Innovation OTIF . Service . Cost KPIs Key Stakeholders: . Category Teams- Marketing, Customer Marketing . Factory teams . Planning- Central Demand, Supply and Distribution Planning teams, Planning Excellence, . BD and BB teams . Category & SC Finance . Procurement . R&D. Experience Requirement: . Min 2 yrs of experience in Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Customer Service/ Supply chain other verticals Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering /MBA in Supply Chain Management
