Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Account Management and Business strategy development
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work onsite in Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients for IT services and product offerings
  • Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate leads
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
