Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and Business strategy development
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work onsite in Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients for IT services and product offerings
- Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic to learn and grow in IT business development
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome
