EV GAUGE is building India's first multi-brand electric vehicle after-sales ecosystem. We serve 2W, 3W, and L5 cargo fleets with advanced repair, diagnostics, BMS solutions, and end-to-end service support. Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in EV fleet companies (2W/3W/L5). The candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, onboarding fleet partners, building strong business relationships, and expanding EV GAUGE's service footprint across regions.

You will work closely with founders to drive strategic partnerships, create revenue pipelines, and ensure smooth execution of B2B service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new EV fleet clients (Logistics fleets, delivery partners, rental fleets, D2C EV brands, OEMs).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Pitch EV GAUGE's services: EV repair, L5 cargo maintenance, BMS repair, motor/controller services, battery diagnostics.

Conduct client visits, demo sessions, and on-ground fleet analysis.

Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Track revenue targets and ensure monthly/quarterly business growth.

Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Represent EV GAUGE at events, partner meetings, and field activities.

Travel frequently across cities as per business needs.

Required Experience:

2–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales in:

EV fleet companies

Electric 2W/3W OEMs

Logistic fleet operators

Battery/BMS/EV maintenance companies

Strong understanding of EV operations, fleet pain points, and service requirements.

Proven track record of closing B2B deals and meeting sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking ability within the EV ecosystem.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle on-field situations.

Highly motivated, aggressive, and target-oriented.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ready to travel across states for business development.
