Purpose Statement

Develop and strengthen the management systems and processes to improve procurement performance and achieve superior results. Initiate and drive change to accentuate the value discipline of Procurement Excellence by aligning key stakeholder to procedures and processes that result in distinctively measurable productivity gain

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, and design systems for AMS(Aarti Management System) procurement, contracting, sourcing and stores management as per organizations' strategy and need

  • Understand Business need and performance required through the Procurement systems

  • Ideate and propose newer ways to increase value proposition for the stakeholders by adopting best practices and drive adoption across Aarti through System Improvements and Changes

  • Strategize PDCA(Plan, Do, Check and Act) cycle for the Procurement elements

  • Facilitate and continuously monitor implementation of elements of Aarti Management System across all functions

  • Work on competency building framework closely with functional leaders and support capability building for procurement

  • Provide necessary training to respective functions for practicing and abiding to the guidelines of Aarti Management System element

  • Lead Systems implementation/digitization of Business Processes and Dashboarding

  • Conduct System Audits and ensure adherence to systems across Aarti

  • Do RCA drive CAPA wherever deviation is observed and incorporate changes in the system for effectiveness

  • Partner with business leaders and teams to design and implement large-scale changes in processes, culture and/or capability targeted in improving performance and results

  • Support change initiatives for functions (Projects & Operations) with emphasis on implementation of lean workplace principles and practices to improve core processes across functions

Experience

8-10 years extensive Procurement/digital transformation(min 3 years)/PMO experience with medium to large scale organizations, Consulting experience would be advantageous

Qualification

B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial, MBA in Operations/Supply Chain desirable not mandatory

Certifications/Trainings

SAP MM, APICS (desirable but not mandatory)
