Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense vouchers, and bank transactions.
  • Support in accounts payable and receivable management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries.
  • Assist senior accountants in audits and financial analysis.
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
