Job Description

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our retail team at Surat Airport. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Stay updated with product features, promotions, and new arrivals.
  • Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
  • Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and support with inventory management.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (experience in writing instruments, lifestyle products, or similar categories preferred).
  • Freshers: Not eligible.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, or the local language is mandatory.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) as per business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹24,000.00 per month
