Key Role & Responsibilities (Head Chef Co-Founder)

1. Culinary Leadership

Must have strong expertise in Indian street food.

Ability to maintain classic flavours while elevating presentation and experience.

2. R&D & Innovation

Develop new dishes, improve classics, and maintain authenticity.

Keep cuisine "classic and untouched" while refining the experience.

3. Training & Team Development

Train kitchen staff.

Establish SOPs for hygiene, taste, and consistency.

4. Daily Operations Management

Oversee kitchen operations, quality control, and food safety.

Ensure service efficiency in a live-kitchen format.

5. Brand Building

Contribute ideas for menu, packaging, branding, and new outlets.

Help shape the future of India's next big street food brand.
