Key Responsibilities:

Hiring in Multiple cities of Punjab & Haryana

Build & manage distributor/retail networks

Build Sales Team & Manage Sales Staff & give sales growth in the area

Achieve monthly sales, distribution targets & doing sale analysis.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience

Knowledge of Punjab, Haryana markets respectively is essential

Dhoop/Aggarbatti experience is an added advantage

Strong communication and negotiation skills
