Role Description
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new clients in the clothing and apparel manufacturing sector.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including sourcing heads, merchandisers, and production managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction.
Product Promotion & Solution Selling
- Present and position Focus Prints' product portfolio effectively to clients.
- Offer creative, value-added solutions that align with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals.
- Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and order pipelines.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, labeling, or apparel accessories.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing workflows and buyer expectations.
