About the Role:

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who wants to work directly with the founder. You'll manage strategic projects across content, partnerships, and automation, while ensuring the right ideas are executed fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the founder in strategy, research, and execution of new initiatives.

  • Oversee cross-departmental coordination and ensure alignment on priorities.

  • Analyse data, prepare reports, and optimise workflows.

  • Research tools, trends, and opportunities in the creator economy.

  • Own outcomes - not just tasks and manage things end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in startups, consulting, or content-led organisations.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort working in ambiguity and making data-driven decisions.
