• Own QA activities during sprint planning and execution.
• Prepare and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• Perform first-level analysis for production bugs and drive resolution.
• Own and execute deployments and release activities.
• Implement and maintain test automation using modern no-code tools (e.g., ).
• Run quality forums to track metrics (bug count, defect leakage, etc.).
• Conduct RCA forums, track action items, and ensure preventive measures.

Job Requirement

• 2–5 years of QA experience in IT services or product development.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Exposure to release management and deployment cycles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Github Actions etc).
• Experience in mentoring junior QA team members.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
