Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to join our real estate sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting residential/commercial real estate projects, understanding client needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals.
  • Explain project features, pricing, and location advantages to potential customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
  • Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and buying timeline.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits or virtual tours for interested customers.
  • Follow up with clients post-site visits to convert leads into bookings.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call & conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead handover and updates.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service excellence in every interaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Preferred: Marketing or Business background).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or presales (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil (or local language) is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
  • Strong listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Qualified leads generated.
  • Site visits scheduled and completed.
  • Conversion ratio (Lead → Visit → Booking).
