• Ensure smooth operation of ETP, MECL, RO, STP, FACCO and MEE

• Manage and Resolve Breakdowns with the support of Engineering Team

• Maintain Quantity as per consumption in SAP

• Ensure Guard pond cleaning as per requirement

• Conduct ETP tanks cleaning (Equalisation,Eq1,2,PST,SST-A1,A2 & 3,TE ,FTE, Haz pit tank, etc)

• Ensure Sand filter & carbon filter refilling

• Ensure no leakage of haz drum storage area.

• Prepare ETP daily report (ETP, Effluent treated details, result, evaporation, RO, Oxidation, Hazardous waste, Incineration waste, landfilling waste, waste receiving details from all plants) 

• Maintaining the records of Hazardous waste(Incineration, Landfilling, DCP ) 

• Calculate the plant waste norms based on actual waste & production 

• Take plant round of ETP, RO and Scrap Yard on a daily basis

• Verify the stock of Waste & RMProject ImprovementTo undertake certain projects and achivement of desired results within a specified time frame. Also take lead for change in facilitiesMANPOWER MANAGEMENTPrepare Skill matrix to downline employees & identified the Gap & train them to bridge it
Imparting training for new activities. Checking the effectiveness of the training during activity
To manage manpower and ensure efficient work from them
