Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring project deliverables adhere to industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality checks on models, resolving technical issues, supporting the integration of BIM technology, and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla
  • Experience with BIM Modeling, Scan to BIM processes, and Structural Steel Detailing
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project lifecycle management
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot BIM-related technical challenges
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with BIM guidelines, standards, and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or design industry is a plus.
