You will integrate mechanical subsystems,install flight controls, landing gear, and other critical components whileensuring the highest quality standards. ​Key Responsibilities·       AssembleUAV airframes, wings, and structural components according to engineeringdrawings·       Installand integrate landing gear systems, actuators, and control surfaces·       Mountsensors, antennas, and mechanical hardware with precise alignment·       Performtorque specifications and safety wire installation·       Conductfunctional tests of mechanical systems and assemblies·       Collaboratewith electrical technicians for systems integration·       Maintaindetailed assembly records and work order documentation ​ RequirementsRequired Qualifications·       Highschool diploma or equivalent·       2+ yearsof mechanical assembly experience (aerospace/automotive preferred)·       Experiencewith precision hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly fixtures·       Abilityto read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions·       Knowledgeof mechanical fasteners, safety wire, and aerospace hardware·       Strongmanual dexterity and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications·       Experiencewith aircraft or UAV assembly operations·       Knowledgeof hydraulic and pneumatic systems·       Familiaritywith AS9100 quality requirements·       IPCcertification for mechanical assemblyCompensation: Competitive salary based on experience+ benefits
