Job Overview:
Genestac Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to promote our cutting-edge biomedical and cell therapy solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong conversational and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the healthcare/life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, and diagnostic centers
- Present and promote company products and services to healthcare professionals
- Conduct field visits and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA) and Postgraduate degree (MBA) in Sales/Marketing or related fields
- 3–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the medical, biotech, or healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Must be comfortable with field travel and in-person meetings
- Candidates with a background in the medical field will be given preference
