Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Executive

to join our dynamic team. This is an
entry-level role

ideal for candidates with a strong interest in Indian and international politics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for translating political insights into actionable strategies. The role will involve both
research and fieldwork

, providing a hands-on experience in political campaigns and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on Indian and global political developments, policies, and trends.
  • Analyze political data, voter sentiment, and campaign performance to support strategy development.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, briefs, and presentations for internal teams.
  • Track political events, elections, and policy decisions, providing timely updates.
  • Participate in fieldwork activities, including voter outreach, surveys, and campaign support.
  • Political intelligence collection exercise through telephonic surveys
  • Assist in conceptualising, execute and monitoring end-to-end campaigns
  • Political Stakeholder management, including cadre and volunteers management to develop networks and for campaign execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 0–6 months of work experience; freshers with strong interest and aptitude are welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience of collecting political intelligence for a state election is desirable
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and dynamic work hours
  • Flexible to move across multiple geographies if the situation demands
  • Adapt to dynamic and ambiguous situations with a clear bias for action
  • Should be able to coordinate and work with multiple teams
  • Must be proficient in Tamil (read, speak and write)
  • Willing to work in the office (No remote working)
