Digihawks Marketing, a Digital Marketing company, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an HR Manager - IT Recruitment Specialist. This is a full-time onsite position based at our office in Mohali, India.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
