Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team. As a GET, you will undergo structured training and hands-on experience across various functions of the manufacturing process, including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and process improvement. This program aims to develop future leaders who can drive operational excellence, innovation, and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo structured training across manufacturing operations, processes, and systems.
  • Assist in day-to-day production planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production challenges.
  • Support implementation of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective actions.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Learn and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Gain exposure to supply chain, inventory management, and process optimization.

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering discipline.

Experience:
0 – 1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
