Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, support, and improve the software products and applications.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Work on one or multiple projects and deliver results.
  • Be versatile and enthusiastic to tackle new problems across different technologies.
  • Independently interact with customers/prospects, get requirements, and execute projects.
  • Manage projects independently, delegate work to others, and get the work done from people.
  • Define technology standards and processes, provide mentorship to software developers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Lead a small team of software developers in projects.

Requirements

  • B Tech from a top institute.
  • At least 8 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software.
  • Expert in Java or Python or React or Mobile based enterprise technologies and a very good knowledge of another tech stack.
  • Expert in design patterns and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture.
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, modern architectures, and deployment paradigms.
  • A good grasp of CI/CD tools, container orchestration services, and infrastructure scripting solutions is essential.
  • Ability to use new technologies to build prototypes. Craving to dabble with new technologies.
  • Ability to represent the company at customer sites, forums, etc.
  • Ability to code complex and critical pieces of the application.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
