Home Locator is experiencing strong growth and expanding its team across functions. To support this scale, we are hiring an Human Resource Specialist who will handle the entire HR function, with recruitment as the primary responsibility. The role requires someone who can manage both strategic and daily HR operations efficiently and professionally.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a high-agency HR professional experienced in scaling early-stage B2C startups (Series A/B). You thrive on creating systems, not bureaucracy — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As the coach, partner, and operator, you will ensure we attract the right talent, develop our best people, and protect what makes HOME LOCATOR unique

What We're Looking For
- 5–6 only years of experience managing full HR functions end-to-end.
- Strong recruitment background with high closure rates.
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, people skills, and decision-making ability.
- High ownership mindset, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
