Job Summary:
Kaiser is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for its chemical division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's chemical sales operations, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities across various chemical segments including industrial, specialty, and performance chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify new market segments and emerging trends in the chemical industry.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Handle key accounts, negotiations, and long-term contracts.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives/representatives.
Monitor individual and team performance; ensure KPIs are met.
Product & Market Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's chemical products.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
Reporting & Compliance:
Submit timely sales reports, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to chemical handling and sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management.
10-15 years of experience in B2B chemical sales, preferably in industrial/specialty chemicals.
Strong network and understanding of the chemical market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
