Job Description
We are seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Program Executive
to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of our programs. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and coordination skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Assist in developing and implementing program plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) to analyze and report on program data.
  • Communication: Draft and proofread internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program activities and meetings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for program enhancements based on data analysis and stakeholder input.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in program coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
