Position & Payout

Role: Sales Advisor—Premium Car Showroom

Location: Delhi NCR (Client Showroom Site)

Role Type: Full-Time

Annual CTC (Graduates)

Rs 3.6 lacs to 5.00 lacs (Fixed: Rs 2.28 Lacs Variable: Rs Lacs)

Annual CTC (Post-Graduates/MBA)

Rs 4.0 lacs to 5.00 lacs (Fixed: Rs 2.68 Lacs Variable: Rs Lacs)

Please Note: The variable component is performance-based, offering excellent growth potential for driven individuals.

Working Hours

6 days a week, 9:30 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of a premium car brand, responsible for the complete sales journey:

  • Customer Engagement: Attend to showroom walk-in customers and expertly explain vehicle features and current offers.
  • Sales Process Management: Coordinate test drives, manage delivery logistics, and handle necessary documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, high-quality customer relationships.
  • Target Achievement: Work diligently towards monthly sales targets and submit daily reporting.

Eligibility & Career Progression

  • Batch: Final-year or graduate in any discipline of 2026.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates who can join immediately.
  • Attributes: Must be presentable with good communication skills.

Structured Career Pathway Successful Sales Advisors can progress into roles such as Senior Sales Advisor, Team Leader/Sales Manager, and eventually Dealership General Manager/Branch Head within the broader INAAC Group network.

Selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 7-day intensive training to prepare for final client selection and immediate deployment.
