About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a
Sales and Owner-Operator Recruiter
. In this dual role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects, and recruiting qualified owner-operators for our trucking company operating under a US-based Motor Carrier (MC). You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of owner-operators while driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Sales (Lead Generation & Conversion)
:


• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups to generate sales leads for trucking-related services.


• Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.


• Convert potential clients into business partners, ensuring long-term engagement.


• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

2.
Owner-Operator Recruitment
:


• Source owner-operators through platforms like Craigslist, Indeed, job boards, and social media.


• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective drivers.


• Conduct initial screening to ensure compliance with company and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.


• Explain job benefits, contract terms, and operational expectations to owner-operators.


• Maintain an updated database of driver contacts and recruitment progress.

3.
Coordination & Reporting
:


• Collaborate with the operations team for driver onboarding and documentation.


• Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on recruitment and sales activities.


• Stay updated on market trends in the trucking and logistics industry.

Skills & Qualifications


•
Experience
:


• 1-3 years in sales, telecalling, or recruitment (experience in US trucking/logistics is a plus).


•
Education
: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


•
Communication
:


• Excellent spoken and written English with a US accent (preferred).


• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.


•
Technical Skills
:


• Proficiency in using CRM systems, job boards, and social media for sourcing.


• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and recruitment tools.
