Head Security - Iron Ore Odisha

  • Transformational leadership opportunity
  • Location: Barbil - Odisha
  • Grade: M4/M5

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance intelligence and ensure proactive responses.
  • Lead autonomous teams across regions, ensuring operational cohesion and efficiency.
  • Assess risks and threats to personnel, assets, and resources, and develop security solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation by implementing automated security systems for real-time risk management.
  • Align security strategies with business goals, continuity plans, and secure social approvals for operations.
  • Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement security procedures to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity.
  • Conduct audits and compliance assessments, collaborating with SBUs to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Driving automation initiatives & Internal and External benchmarking to identify areas of improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

Any graduate with Defence services background/NCC C certificate and minimum work experience of over 10 years.
