To look after Operation and Maintenance of the plant Automation system (Pellet plant & IOBP)

**Job Context & Major Challenges**:
PRO MINERALS PVT LIMITED has been incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 and came into existence with effect from 21-sep-2010. Location is at Village
- Basantpur Tehsil - Jhumpura, PS-Bamebari Dist. Keonjhar (Orissa). PMPL is strategically located near the iron ore mines of Joda/Barbil area could easy accessing and availability of adequate Raw material. This Plant is an Eco-Friendly, Green and Clean Environmental Iron Ore Processing Plant spread across almost 79 acres of Land. Technologically this plant is a smart Combination of allmineral and SIEMENS VAI engineering expertise for Beneficiation and Pelletization process. Plant is equipped with a Mechanised Raw material handling & Storage facilities system with a throughput capacity of 1 MTPA Iron Ore Beneficiation & 1 MTPA Pelletization Plant.

- To ensure 100% availability of plant automation system of Pellet Plant and IOBP
- Preventive maintenance of plant PLC, Server and network as per schedule.
- Monitoring and corrective action for any abnormalities.

- To develop new logics in PLC for process optimization
- Implementing new logics and graphics as per the requirement of production team
- KRA3
- To Ensure healthiness of Client station, ES, Server, Networks.
- Schedule preventive maintenance of RIO, PLC, Network, Server Panels

- Spare Management
- Maintaining minimum critical spares for automation system
- KRA5
- To develop new logics in PLC for process optimization
- Developing logics and graphics as per process requirement.
- Detail engineering for accommodating new equipment’s in existing system

- To implement PLC logics and graphics for CAPEX projects.
- Implementing new logics and graphics as per the requirement of production team
