Job Description – Revenue & Accounts

Receivable Executive / Analyst

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Noida

Reporting To: Assistant Finance Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Revenue & AR Executive will manage invoicing, revenue recognition support, receivables

tracking, collections follow-ups, reconciliation, and coordination with customers and internal

teams. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, documentation discipline, and the

ability to independently handle the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Billing

 Prepare customer invoices as per contracts, SoWs, MoUs, and billing milestones.

 Ensure timely revenue recognition with proper documentation.

 Maintain revenue schedules and track unbilled revenue.

Accounts Receivable

 Maintain AR ageing and monitor overdue receivables.

 Follow up with customers/state departments for payment status.

 Record receipts, allocate collections, and resolve reconciling differences.

O2C Coordination

 Work with Delivery, Operations, and PMU teams to verify billing evidence.

 Ensure complete documentation: installation reports, acknowledgments, approvals.

 Support customer queries and dispute resolution.

Reconciliations & MIS

 Perform customer, revenue, and AR reconciliations.

 Prepare DSO, collection forecasts, and AR dashboards.

 Support month-end closing, accruals, and provisions.

Compliance & Audit Support

 Ensure GST/TDS compliance in invoicing.

 Prepare audit schedules and support statutory/internal audits.

 Maintain documentation as per audit and IFC requirements.

Required Skills

 Strong accounting knowledge (O2C, revenue, AR, reconciliations).

 Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).

 Working knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar systems.

 Good communication and follow-up skills.

 Attention to detail, ownership, and time management.

Qualifications & Experience

 2–4 years of experience in revenue accounting or AR operations.

 Experience in a CA firm or structured finance environment preferred.

 B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA.
