The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment.

Overview:

As a Product Management Intern at iDesign.Market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy, driving product development, and ensuring successful product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and feature prioritization.
• Product Planning and Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily scrums.
• Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Drive the agile development process, balancing scope, timeline, and resources.
• User Experience and Design: Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product design.
• Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that the product meets usability and accessibility standards.
• Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product collateral, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing documentation.
• Coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate based on market response and customer insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product initiatives and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively communicating product requirements and project status.

Requirements:

• You must be graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A strong interest in technology and a desire to work in the software industry.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Location:
Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

Experience:
Freshers can apply, Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.

, an alumnus of XIM Bhubaneswar and School of Planning & Architecture, who has a deep domain experience in Interiors and construction, and
Mr. Sunil Bhakuni
who brings with him years of experience in technology with startups like , Cardekho, AWS and Lenskart. The team has been working on the product for over 2 years now and believes that iDesign Pro has the potential to become a household name in the home design industry.
