JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defining the vision for a product feature through consultation with customers, and external and internal collaborators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product improvements.
  • Monitor key product performance metrics and implement enhancements based on insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and decisions.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
  • Experience in product management Tools like Jira, Trello.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and customer experience optimization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or any equivalent certification will be a plus.
