Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Architecture Draftsman
to join our Pune-based team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing architectural drawings, working plans, and detailed construction documents for various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    architectural drawings, working plans, and construction details
    using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Convert architectural concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings.
  • Develop
    2D and 3D layouts
    , sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and alignment with design intent.
  • Revise and update drawings based on client and project requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, drawing logs, and version control.
  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing
    presentation drawings and BOQs
    when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    (2D & 3D); knowledge of
    SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop
    will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of
    architectural detailing, construction drawings, and materials
    used in building projects.
  • Familiarity with
    site coordination
    and
    construction processes
    .
  • Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Drafting
    or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Office-based (Pune Location)
  • Working Days:
    Monday to Saturday
