Job Summary:

We are seeking a Draftsman Executive who is proficient in AutoCAD and capable of handling both office drawing work and on-site coordination. The role involves preparing technical drawings, visiting project sites for measurements, verifying layouts, and preparing as-built drawings related to fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and other security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings (layouts, sections, and schematics) for fire fighting, fire alarm, and surveillance systems.
  • Conduct site visits for measurement, layout verification, and coordination with the site team.
  • Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure drawings match actual site conditions.
  • Maintain drawing records and revisions.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
  • Ensure all drawings are as per company and client standards.
  • Support project documentation and tender submissions when required.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) drafting.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites for surveys and updates.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with site teams.
  • Knowledge of fire fighting, fire alarm, or CCTV layouts preferred.
  • Basic understanding of site installation practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
