Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman / Design Engineer (Sheet Metal)

Location: PCMC, Pune

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman / Design Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal design to join our team in PCMC, Pune. The candidate will prepare detailed drawings, develop sheet metal components, and ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
  • Design sheet metal components, assemblies, and layouts for manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to finalize designs.
  • Review and modify drawings to ensure compliance with design standards and manufacturability.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all designs, revisions, and BOMs.
  • Support project execution by providing clear, precise technical drawings for fabrication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and sheet metal design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with sheet metal components, assemblies, and fabrication processes.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, drafting standards, and engineering practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
