We are urgently hiring Project Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Help and assist to hire reputed consultant

  2. Preparation of design brief

  3. Concept Design Coordination with Onboard Consultants.

  4. Quick working on feasibility report by providing FSI statements, Block plans as per site conditions

  5. Providing Technical Support to Liasoning team for IOD Sanction, Building Plan sanction and all the NOC to complete the process till completion.

  6. Environmental Clearance work and coordination with consultant for smooth documentation, six monthly compliances report with all the documentation work.

  7. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  8. Undertaking project task as required, asses project risk from liaison perspective

  9. Preparation of RERA Carpet Area Statement.

  10. Environmental Clearance work and Compliance preparation, Additional Report & Checklist Preparation, Site Monitoring & Documentation.

  11. MPCB, CPCB, CTO, CTE, ES, Show Cause notice reply, SEAC, SEIAA, RO & Moe Documentation work and management representative for the projects assigned

  12. Architectural work- Plotting, Land Bifurcation,

  13. Work Order Preparation for the respective consultants.

  14. Billing of Onboard Consultants.

  15. Verification of SD drawings against IOD, GFC etc. and finding of if there is any discrepancy

  16. Storing updated DP plans, Govt. GR

  17. Working on demarcation and approval of draft demarcation

  18. First cut draft drawing preparation for Muncipal drawing

  19. Verification of drawings done by draftsman

Drafting reply to PMC,PCMC,PMRDA letters

Experience: - +5 Years

Education : BE Civil / Architect

Industry : Real Estate And Construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
