Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing marketing strategies, managing ad budgets, and working closely with team members to achieve marketing goals. This role involves developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to maximize ROI and drive user acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Campaign Management
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools
  • Experience in budget management and optimization for marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
