Ltd. is a leading F&B consulting and solutions company, providing end-to-end support in operations, hiring, marketing, and business development for restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food brands. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive / HR Manager who can handle both client hiring mandates and our internal recruitment needs, while contributing to overall HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements and internal hiring.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final selection.
- Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Oversee onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support payroll, attendance, and performance management processes.
- Organize employee engagement and retention activities to foster a positive work culture.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for client hiring requirements.
- Deliver recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle & HR processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Prior experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Consulting industry preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist roles).
