Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Bengaluru. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling and processing the day-to-day operations, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring accuracy in data entry. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments, providing customer service support, and assisting in financial transactions and sales operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations and Finance
- Strong Communication and Data entry skills
- Basic understanding of kyc documents
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using office software and data management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- should be flexible for night shift .
