Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Attibele, Bangalore

Qualification:
Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative and back-office tasks.
- Prepare and maintain data in Excel and Word formats.
- Draft and send official emails professionally.
- Maintain and update customer payment records and ledgers.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding collections and payment follow-ups.
- Attend and respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries politely.
- Support the sales/service teams with documentation and coordination.
- Manage office files, records, and correspondence systematically.
- Perform other routine office duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Good telephone and call etiquette.
- Basic accounting and ledger entry knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Languages Required:
- Mandatory: English and Kannada
- Preferred: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Salary:
As per company norms and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹17, ₹19,000.00 per month
