- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
- Participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops on various HR topics.
- Assist with payroll processing and related inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HR software and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.
- Understanding of performance management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
