  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Manage the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  • Support benefits administration and communicate related information to employees.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management review.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  • Participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops on various HR topics.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related inquiries.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR software and databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Understanding of performance management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
