Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, email, and SMS marketingcovering everything from awareness to conversion.

  • Manage paid social campaigns, optimizing for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

  • Content & Social Media

  • Create and curate engaging content (e.g., posts, reels, blogs, landing pages) tailored for aesthetic services and designed to educate, inspire, and convert.

  • Oversee consistent publishing schedules and engagement strategies across social media platforms.

  • SEO & Website Management

  • Lead SEO initiatives—conducting audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and improving search rankings.

  • CRM & Lead Nurturing

  • Manage patient/potential client flows via CRM (e.g., HubSpot), including automation, email marketing, and analytics dashboards. Skin MD Laser & Cosmetic Group

  • Local & Offline Marketing Integration

  • Design localized campaigns (e.g., neighbourhood targeting, referral programs, in-clinic promotions) to capture both online and offline audiences. Skin MD Laser & Cosmetic

  • Analyze campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to leadership.

  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Source and collaborate with relevant influencers or KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) suited to the aesthetic space for brand amplification.

  • Brand Building & Business Development

  • Shape and reinforce brand positioning through digital initiatives, loyalty strategies, partnerships, and new client outreach efforts.
