Job Descriptions – Customer Service Executive
· Manage the end-to-end booking lifecycle, from initial inquiry to service completion.
· Address all customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
· Process payments and manage scheduling logistics efficiently
· Manage the roster and daily schedules of our qualified priests.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for priests, ensuring they have all necessary information, logistics, and supplies for each service.
· Onboard new priests and maintain strong, professional relationships with the existing network.
· Oversee the technical setup and operation of our virtual streaming services for remote rituals.
· Ensure smooth and high-quality audio/visual delivery for all virtual events.
· Quickly troubleshoot and resolve any minor technical issues related to streaming platforms or equipment.
· Excellent command of both English and Tamil (written and verbal) is essential for effective customer and priest coordination.
· Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous bookings, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic working knowledge and comfort with virtual streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, and YouTube Live) and digital tools required for seamless ritual delivery.
· Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude typical of startup environments
