Your Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Collaborate with regional practice teams to identify AI opportunities and craft compelling, client-specific proposals.
• Lead workshops with clients to uncover pain points, design tailored AI strategies, and define ROI-driven use cases (e.g., GenAI for hyper-personalization, predictive analytics for project optimization).
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, aligning AI initiatives with strategic business outcomes.

AI Solution Development

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including ideation, data strategy, model development (ML/GenAI), MLOps, and scalable deployment.
• Champion cross-industry innovation (e.g., GenAI-powered customer service in retail, predictive maintenance in manufacturing).
• Ensure ethical AI practices, compliance, and governance across all engagements.

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

• Publish and speak on cutting-edge AI topics (e.g., multimodal learning, RAG architectures).
• Shape PMGlide's AI go-to-market strategy and strengthen our positioning as a leader in AI consulting and implementation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of the AI/GenAI lifecycle, including NLP, deep learning (Transformers, GANs), and platforms such as AWS SageMaker and Azure ML.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and generative models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Stable Diffusion).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, and other GenAI tooling.

Consulting Acumen

• 18+ years in consulting, including 8+ years of leading enterprise-scale AI projects.
• Strong client-facing skills with a track record in stakeholder engagement, value articulation, and commercial negotiation.

Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing AI teams.
• Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex technical solutions for executive audiences.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience leading AI/Data Science projects and effectively communicating insights to clients.
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Azure Cloud Framework.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
• 18+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment (Azure experience preferred).
• Practical knowledge of statistical modeling, regression/classification techniques, forecasting, and text analytics.
• Advanced understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• 6+ years of experience with NLG, LLMs, and deep learning techniques.
• Demonstrated capability in deploying applications using both open-source and proprietary LLMs.
• Experience using LangChain or similar GenAI orchestration tools.
• 6–9 years of programming experience in Python.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development principles.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced degree (PhD/MS/MTech/BTech) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Published research or papers in AI/GenAI domains.
